Cancellation Policy
Policies ensure the respect of time and environment for all guests and staff. Please be mindful of the following and understand that policies are as follows.
Cancellation & Rescheduling- A 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required. Upon a 48 hour or less cancellation, a 50 percent fee of the service you are receiving will be invoiced to you and must be paid prior to rebooking. If you no call or no show your appointment, a 100 percent fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid prior to rebooking.
No Call/No Show: I understand that "No call, no shows" may not be offered another appointment at the discretion of the stylist. If booking is permissible, the cancellation fee must be paid prior to rebooking.
